Rebelo Mortgages International’s PEP – Partnership Elite Program is Business-to-Business, and Professional Peer-to-Peer, collaboration, and co-marketing, partnership between our friends in the real estate industry, and us.

Our Program is a powerful way to build both businesses/individual processionals business and provide our mutual customers, and clients, with a seamless experience during the home-buying process.

Here are some creative ideas we effectively collaborate and co-market:
  • Topic ideas: “Navigating the Home-Buying Process,” “Understanding Mortgages,” “Preparing Your Finances for Home Ownership,” or “First-Time Homebuyer 101.”
  • Promote these webinars via social media and email newsletters to both audiences.
  • Recorded sessions and share them as evergreen content on YouTube, social-media, or your website.
  • Post tips about the home-buying process, mortgage myths, or current market trends.
  • Use both logos, and contact information, for more visibility.
  • Example: “Thinking of buying your first home? John Doe, and I, Jane Doe, are here to help you every step of the way.”
  • Send out a combined email series that guides potential buyers through the home-buying process.
  • Each email could focus on different steps, with one email discussing how to choose the right mortgage and another talking about finding the perfect home.
  • Include a special offer, or incentive, if they work with both of you.
  • Provide Mortgage-Financing related yard signs, riders, and banners.
  • Create flyers, brochures, or postcards that explain both the real estate and mortgage processes, showcasing your expertise together.
  • Distribute these materials at open houses, local events, or even mail them to targeted neighborhoods.
  • Set up a referral program where earned incentives to clients who use both services.
  • Track the referrals, and make sure to recognize the clients, and the referring partners.
  • Create a series of short videos discussing various aspects of the home-buying and financing process.
  • Use them for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube. Have fun with TikTok videos breaking down mortgage terms, or answering real estate questions.
  • Share these videos on both social media accounts to reach a larger audience.
  • Host an open house where our mortgage loan originator is available to answer questions about financing, down payments, interest rates, and more.
  • Provide On-site mortgage services at real estate offices and developer sales centers.
  • A great opportunity to provide immediate value to prospective buyers. and make the whole process feel more approachable.
  • Write blog posts that are helpful to prospective buyers. Topics could include “10 Things Every First-Time Homebuyer Should Know,” “How to Qualify for a Mortgage,” or “What to Expect During Your Home Inspection.”
  • Share these blog posts on both websites and social media accounts.
  • Invest in paid digital ads together, whether it is on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, or even local print, or radio ads. Target people searching for homes in your area or for mortgage information.
  • Ensure the ad focuses on how your services complement each other.
  • Team up for local events like homebuyer expos, or community meet-ups. Host a booth or offer presentations together.
  • Attend networking events as a team to build relationships with other professionals in the industry, such as home inspectors, insurance agents, and appraisers.
  • Create a short video where past clients speak about how teamwork helped them through the home-buying process. These real-life testimonials can boost trust, and serve as authentic, relatable content for your future customers, and clients.
  • You could create a bundle offer, like a discount, or free service, for customers, and clients, who use both PEP real estate and mortgage services. For example, a free home inspection, or a discount, when both services are used.
  • Give back to your community together by sponsoring local charity events, sports teams, or fundraisers. This sponsorship not only boosts visibility, but shows commitment to making a positive impact in the area.

Our PEP -Partnership Elite Program adheres to RESPA requirements of proportional expense sharing, and/or including proportional like-kind cost exchange of collaborative and co-marketing costs.
